Here’s what Monthpost does.

Is Monthpost a full practice-management system?

No. It handles client documents from upload to publication. Use it alongside your other tools.

Can clients upload documents?

Yes. Their files stay in Needs review until a firm admin approves them.

Do clients see Draft packages?

No. Clients only see Published packages.

Who receives package emails?

Only the client’s primary contact gets the email. You choose when to send it. Publishing a package does not send one.

What activity can firms see?

Authorized firm users can see package views and document downloads. Monthpost does not use that activity for advertising.

How much does Monthpost cost?

Monthpost is currently free to use. There is no paid plan and no card is required.

Do I pay for each person in my firm?

No. Monthpost is free, and you can bring in as many people from your firm as you need.

Is this a trial?

No. Monthpost is currently free, with no trial deadline.

Do I need a card to start?

No. We do not ask for a card.

Will you really import my clients?

Yes. Send us whatever you have, a spreadsheet, an export from your current software, or just a folder, and we set your firm up with you.

What if I go over my client limit?

There is no client limit while Monthpost is free.
